Quad Bike
When Patrick and I were dating I always dreamed about riding on a "bicycle built for two" with him and we have since done that. This year for the MS bike tour we rode 90km on a tandem bicycle. It was a lot of fun and you have to communicate well and be close to one another, so it is symbolic of a good family relationship. That's why our little family is now working on our "bicycle built for four".

what is a heat bear???
I assume this a bear that you can put in the microwave and put on a sore tummy or something? Whatever it is its adorable!!
Yes, a heat bear is like a wheat bag, you heat up in the microwave and the kids love them. I will make one for Evan for his birthday.
oh, you have to post how to make these. They sound awesome. Katie is always having growing pains....
